Jesteśmy organizacją pozarządową wspierającą osoby niepełnosprawne we wszystkich naturalnych potrzebach, aspiracjach i marzeniach, na każdym etapie ich życia, często od momentu narodzin. Przemysł chemiczny stanął przed poważnym wyzwaniem jakim jest wdrożenie nowego prawodawstwa unijnego w zakresie chemikaliów – Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (WE) nr 1907/2006. Rozporządzenie weszło w życie 1 czerwca 2007 r., a jego postanowienia będą sukcesywnie wdrażane, aż do 2018 roku.  System REACH dotyczy bezpiecznego stosowania chemikaliów, poprzez ich rejestrację i ocenę oraz w niektórych przypadkach udzielanie zezwoleń i ograniczenia handlu i stosowania niektórych chemikaliów.

Wprowadzone Rozporządzenie ma na celu zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu ochrony zdrowia i środowiska, w tym propagowanie alternatywnych metod oceny zagrożeń stwarzanych przez substancje oraz zapewnienie swobodnego obrotu substancjami na rynku wewnętrznym przy jednoczesnym wsparciu konkurencyjności i innowacyjności.

• substancji produkowanych i importowanych w ilości powyżej 1 tony

E - Ocenę

• substancji w państwach członkowskich przez przemysł i kompetentne urzędy
• dokumentacji rejestracyjnych przez właściwe urzędy

• na substancje bardzo wysokiej uwagi (CMR, PBT i vPvB)

Kogo dotyczy rozporządzenie REACH?

Rozporządzenie REACH związane jest z obowiązkiem rejestracji przez producenta lub importera substancji dostarczanych dalszym użytkownikom w ilościach przekraczających 1 tonę. Dotyczy jednak wszystkich przedsiębiorstw zajmujących się obrotem substancjami chemicznymi, tj.:

• producentów oraz importerów substancji chemicznych posiadających siedzibę w UE,
• dalszych użytkowników wytwarzających preparaty (mieszaniny) do zastosowania końcowego,
• dystrybutorów substancji i preparatów chemicznych.

Konimpex Chemicals - jako bezpośredni importer substancji chemicznych spoza granic UE - dokłada wszelkich starań, aby realizowany proces importu był zgodny z obowiązującym rozporządzeniem REACH. Rejestracja substancji dokonywana jest bezpośrednio przez Dostawców lub ich Wyłącznych Przedstawicieli z UE, którzy zgodnie z art. 8 dysponują dostępnymi i aktualnymi informacjami o wielkości importu oraz nabywanych substancjach. Celem spełnienia wymagań obowiązującego prawodawstwa w tym zakresie niezbędne informacje przekazywane są w dół łańcucha dostaw, w tym także naszym Klientom w kartach charakterystyki poszczególnych surowców.

Terminy rejestracji:

Przypominamy, że 1 grudnia 2010 minął okres rejestracji pełnej dla substancji powyżej 1000 ton/rok, substancji R50/R53 powyżej 100 ton/rok oraz substancji CMR kat. 1 i 2 powyżej 1 tony/rok.

Dla rejestracji właściwej pozostałych substancji zastosowanie mają następujące terminy:

• 1 czerwca 2013 – termin ostateczny rejestracji substancji 100-1000 ton/rok
• 1 czerwca 2018 – termin ostateczny rejestracji substancji 1-100 ton/rok

Konimpex Chemicals have had a Quality Management System ISO 9001 from the beginning and 14001 implemented from 2016. The system was certified in the area of purchase and sales of chemical raw materials and logistics and storage service by the Lloyd's Register certification unit.
According to the quality policy, the main objective of Konimpex Chemicals company is to supply chemical raw materials that meet the highest quality requirements of our customers.

Konimpex Chemicals, thanks to the efforts of its employees, has successfully passed an audit of the Customs Chamber in Poznań concerning the AEO certification. On 8th of October 2015 there was an official presentation of AEOF certificate (customs simplifications / security and safety) to the President of the company, Mr. Cezary Głuchowski.

The AEO owner may be proud of the trust of the customs authorities, and its prestige and effort in compliance with the relevant conditions and criteria translates into many advantages in trade with foreign countries.
First of all it is important that the AEO status granted in one EU Member State is recognized throughout the Community.
In addition, the AEO status entitles its owner to benefit from facilitations with regard to customs controls relating to security and safety and / or from simplifications with the customs rules.
In the area of ​​customs controls relating to security and safety trader can use the following facilities:

- comes under less numbers of physical inspections and document control than other entrepreneurs
- in case of selection for inspection, it is carried out as a priority,
- privilege of the early notice of the designation shipments for inspection,
- the right to an entry summary declaration with limited safety data,
- the possibility to apply for an inspection at a place other than the customs office.

The main aim of our activities are deliveries of chemical raw materials which meet the highest quality requirements of our customers.
